Abstract

This article discusses the importance of children's physical education in modern society, its role in the formation of a healthy generation, its scientific foundations and modern approaches. The fact that physical activity directly affects not only the physical, but also the mental, psychological and social development of children is substantiated on the basis of scientific evidence. The article also shows ways to effectively organize physical education on the example of state programs implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan, international recommendations (WHO, UNICEF), and innovative approaches. The author, considering physical education as an integral part of the educational process, proposes the formation of a healthy lifestyle based on active movements in childhood.
