In the 1930s, the Soviet government carried out mass repressions that negatively impacted the lives of many individuals. This article presents information about the mass repressions against the Karakalpak people and the surrounding populations, the struggle against these repressions, and the victims. The article focuses on analyzing historical events and determining their educational significance. Additionally, it examines the repressions and their victims, offering an understanding of the Soviet government’s policies against movements for freedom.
