Ushbu maqolada stress holati va kortizol gormoni ortishining inson organizmida vazn yig‘ilishi, qorin sohasi yog‘lanishi, ishtaha kuchayishi, insulin rezistentligi va metabolik buzilishlarga ta’siri ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Kortizol buyrak usti bezlari tomonidan ishlab chiqariladigan stress gormoni bo‘lib, organizmning tashqi va ichki stress omillariga moslashuvida muhim ahamiyatga ega. Biroq surunkali stress natijasida kortizol darajasining uzoq muddat yuqori bo‘lishi ovqatlanish xulqi, uyqu sifati, yog‘ almashinuvi va gormonal muvozanatga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Maqolada stressni boshqarish, sog‘lom ovqatlanish, uyqu gigiyenasi va jismoniy faollikning vazn nazoratidagi ahamiyati yoritiladi.
