Mazkur maqolada turizm sohasida xizmat ko‘rsatish sifati va uni boshqarishning zamonaviy mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Turizm xizmatlarining sifatini oshirish turistik korxonalarning raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlashda muhim omillardan biri hisoblanadi. Tadqiqotda turizm xizmatlari sifati tushunchasi, uning asosiy mezonlari hamda zamonaviy boshqaruv mexanizmlari o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, marketing yondashuvlari, raqamli texnologiyalar va sifat menejmenti tizimlarining turizm xizmatlari sifatini oshirishdagi ahamiyati tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari turizm korxonalarida xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini samarali boshqarish orqali mijozlar qoniqishini oshirish va turizm industriyasining barqaror rivojlanishini ta’minlash mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi.
