Ushbu maqolada kichik biznes sub’ektlarida sotuvni oshirish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda sotuv jarayoniga ta’sir ko‘rsatadigan asosiy omillar mijozlar bilan samarali muloqot, marketing strategiyalari, mahsulot yoki xizmat sifatini oshirish va xodimlarning savdo ko‘nikmalari o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada zamonaviy raqamli marketing vositalari va mijozlarga yo‘naltirilgan strategiyalar orqali sotuvni barqaror oshirish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan.
