Нефтяная промышленность, как одна из ключевых и одновременно сложных отраслей мировой экономики по добыче, продаже, транспортировки полезного природного сырья – нефти и нефтепродуктов, сталкивается с серьезной проблемой нехватки квалифицированных специалистов и рабочих. Эта проблема имеет множество аспектов и последствий, которые необходимо учитывать для ее эффективного решения.
