Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot qoramol va qo‘ylarda trixifitiya kasalligi (dermatofitoz) ga qarshi dorivor o‘simlik ekstraktlarining antifungal samaradorligini o‘rganishga qaratilgan. Trichophyton turkumiga mansub dermatofitlar hayvon terisi yuzasida ringworm (temiratki) kasalligini keltirib chiqaradi, bu esa chorvachilikda iqtisodiy yo‘qotishlarga olib keladi. Tadqiqotda turli dorivor o‘simliklarning ekstraktlari in vitro sharoitda sinovdan o‘tkazilib, ularning Trichophyton spp. ning o‘sishiga ta’siri baholandi. Olingan natijalar o‘simlik ekstraktlarining antifungal faolligini ko‘rsatdi va ularning kasallik bilan kurashda potentsial vosita bo‘lishi mumkinligini ta’kidladi.
