Abstract

Ushbu maqolada kiyiko‘t o‘simligining kimyoviy tarkibi va uning biologik faol moddalariga oid ma’lumotlar keltirilgan. Kiyiko‘t o‘zida triterpen glikozidlar, flavonoidlar, oshlovchi moddalar, kumarinlar, oksikumarinlar, aminokislotalar, vitaminlar va tokoferollarni o‘z ichiga oladi. Shuningdek, o‘simlikda selen, kalsiy, kremniy, temir, magniy kabi mikro- va makroelementlar mavjud. Flavonoidlar, o‘simliklarda keng tarqalgan polifenolik birikmalar bo‘lib, ularning biologik faolligi haqida ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borilgan. Maqola kiyiko‘tning tibbiyot va oziq-ovqat sanoatidagi ahamiyatini, uning tarkibidagi foydali moddalarning salomatlikka bo‘lgan ta’sirini yoritadi.
