Abstract

O‘tkir pankreatitning molekulyar va biokimyoviy patogenezi zamonaviy tahlillar asosida yoritilgan. Patologiyaning trigger mexanizmi sifatida asinar hujayralar ichida tripsinogenning muddatidan avval autokatalitik aktivatsiyasi va uning proteolitik kaskadni ishga tushirishdagi roli tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda oksidativ stressning mitoxondrial disfunksiyaga ta’siri, tizimli yallig‘lanish javobi sindromini (SIRS) yuzaga keltiruvchi “sitokin bo‘roni” mediatorlari hamda hujayralarning nekroz va apoptoz nisbatini belgilovchi biokimyoviy omillar atroflicha ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, fermentativ ingibitsiya, antioksidant himoya tizimini faollashtirish va gomeostazni tiklovchi infuzion terapiyaning biokimyoviy effektivligi ilmiy asoslab berilgan. Maqola klinik biokimyo va gastroenterologiya sohasidagi so‘nggi yutuqlarga tayanib, kasallikni patogenetik davolash strategiyalarini optimallashtirishga xizmat qiladi.
