КЛИНИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ТЕЧЕНИЯ СЕПСИСА У ПАЦИЕНТОВ ИНФЕКЦИОННОГО ПРОФИЛЯ

Сепсис остаётся одной из ведущих причин летальности среди пациентов с инфекционными заболеваниями. Высокая распространённость тяжёлых инфекций, рост антибиотикорезистентности и поздняя диагностика значительно осложняют лечение септических состояний. В данной статье рассмотрены современные представления о сепсисе, основные клинические проявления, факторы риска, методы диагностики и современные подходы к лечению. Особое внимание уделено раннему выявлению сепсиса и своевременному началу антибактериальной терапии. Подчёркивается важность комплексного подхода к лечению пациентов с септическими состояниями в условиях инфекционного стационара.
