Abstract

This article comprehensively covers the role of vitamins in the human body, diseases and negative consequences caused by their deficiency. Also, information on ways to prevent vitamin deficiencies, the importance of proper nutrition, as well as the need for vitamins in modern medicine are given. The fact that vitamin deficiency can lead to various functional disruptions in the human body, weaken the immune system and adversely affect overall health has been scientifically explained.
