Abstract

Maqolada meningokokk infeksiyasining patogenetik mexanizmlarida fermentlarning o‘rni yoritilgan. Meningokokklar ishlab chiqaradigan proteaza, neyroaminidaza va boshqa fermentlar organizmning himoya tizimlarini zaiflashtirishi, to‘qimalarda yallig‘lanish jarayonlarini kuchaytirishi hamda qon tomir devorlarining shikastlanishiga olib kelishi ta’kidlangan. Shu bilan birga, organizmda kuzatiladigan fermentativ o‘zgarishlarning klinik ko‘rinishlari, xususan meningit va sepsis jarayonidagi ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Fermentlar diagnostik marker sifatida ham muhim bo‘lib, ularni tormozlovchi dorivor vositalar asosida samarali davolash strategiyalari ishlab chiqilishi mumkinligi ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan.
