Abstract

Ushbu ishda xodimlar ish faoliyatini baholash jarayonida obyektivlik va shaffoflik tamoyillarining ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tashkilotlarda adolatli baholash tizimini yaratish, inson resurslarini boshqarishda xolislikni ta’minlash va baholash natijalarining shaffofligini oshirish muhim jihatlar sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, baholash mezonlari, ularni ishlab chiqish usullari hamda subyektiv omillarni kamaytirish yo‘llari haqida fikr yuritiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida samarali baholash tizimini shakllantirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar beriladi.
