PROCESSES OF IMPLEMENTING MODERN TECHNOLOGICAL MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT IN AN ENTERPRISE

This article analyzes the processes of introducing modern technological machinery and equipment into enterprises. The study examines the strategic, financial and operational aspects of introducing new technologies, ways to increase production efficiency, save resources and improve quality. The results show that systematic planning of technological innovation and training of employees at enterprises helps to optimize production processes, increase competitiveness and ensure sustainable development.
