IMPROVING THE FIBER HYDRO SYSTEM IN A COTTON GIN

The transportation and sorting processes of raw fiber in the cotton industry require a high level of mechanization and automation. In particular, the technology of transporting cotton fibers using a hydraulic system plays an important role in increasing production efficiency. By improving this system based on an electrical control scheme, the system can be made more stable, reliable and economically efficient.Abstract
This article examines the issues of automating and improving the processes of fiber transportation by hydraulic means in cotton ginning enterprises based on energy-saving systems. Modern technological and technical approaches to optimizing the process through electric drives, sensors and automatic control elements connected to the hydraulic system are proposed.
