Abstract

A comprehensive exploration of phraseological units (PUs) would be incomplete without a thorough examination of their classifications. Due to the intricate nature of these expressions—which encompass semantic, grammatical, and cultural dimensions—linguists have established multiple classification frameworks. These systems aim to organize phraseological units based on diverse criteria such as meaning, structural properties, and usage.
