Abstract

Maqolada Veterinariya avtomatlashtirilgan axborot tizimi (VAAT) doirasida shaffoflik va nazorat mexanizmlarini ta’ ‘minlashning kompleks arxitekturaviy modeli tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot doirasida VAAT tizimida arizalarning olti bosqichli ketma-ket jarayoni (Yagona darcha autentifikatsiya xavfsizlik nazorati veterinariya nazorati va risk tahlili laboratoriya boshqaruvi yakuniy qaror va sertifikatlash), LOG va Audit jurnal orqali barcha harakatlarni avtomatik qayd etish mexanizmlari hamda markazlashgan malumotlar bazasi asosidagi saqlash tizimi tavsiflanadi. Ilmiy natija sifatida taklif etilgan model shaffoflikning to’rt asosiy natijasini - ochiqlik, javobgarlik, real vaqt rejimidagi monitoring va korrupsiyaga qarshi kurash - ta’minlashi asoslab berildi. Ushbu model chegara veterinariya nazorati sohasida elektron xizmatlarni tashkil etishda universal shablon sifatida qo’llanilishi mumkin.
