CHALLENGES IN TEACHING ENGLISH GRAMMAR TO NON-NATIVE KIDS

This article analyzes the difficulties encountered in teaching English to other people, especially to children of kindergarten age. During the study, factors such as children's age characteristics, quick attention span, quick forgetting of new words, and low interest in traditional methods were observed. In order to reduce these problems, visual materials, colorful cards, and interactive tasks prepared using the Canva platform were used in the lessons. The results of the study showed that visual methods are effective in increasing children's mastery of new words and interest in the lesson.
