TRIMETILAMIN-N-OKSID (TMAO) NING JIGAR-MIYA O‘QI DOIRASIDA NEYRODEGENERATIV JARAYONLARGA TA’SIRI

Ushbu maqolada ichak mikrobiotasi metaboliti bo‘lgan trimetilamin-N-oksid (TMAO) ning jigar funksiyasi va bosh miya salomatligi o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikdagi roli ko‘rib chiqiladi. TMAO jigarda FMO3 fermenti yordamida ichakda hosil bo‘lgan trimetilaminning (TMA) oksidlanishi natijasida sintezlanadi.Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, qondagi TMAO darajasining ko‘tarilishi nafaqat jigar steatozi va metabolik sindrom bilan, balki bosh miyadagi neyroinflammasiya (yallig‘lanish) va gematoensefalik to‘siqning o‘tkazuvchanligi oshishi bilan bevosita bog‘liq. Maqolada TMAO ning Altsgeymer va Parkinson kabi neyrodegenerativ kasalliklar patogenezidagi ishtiroki, shuningdek, jigar orqali ushbu metabolitni nazorat qilishning istiqbolli terapevtik usullari tahlil qilingan.
