DIGITALIZATION IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING: OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES

Digital transformation has become one of the most significant trends in modern education. In recent years, digital technologies have played an increasingly important role in the teaching and learning of foreign languages. The integration of digital platforms, online resources, and multimedia tools has changed traditional teaching approaches and created new opportunities for interactive learning. This article analyzes the impact of digitalization on foreign language teaching, particularly in German language instruction. The study examines the advantages and disadvantages of digital learning environments and highlights the importance of digital competence among both teachers and students. The results show that the effective integration of digital tools into the educational process can improve learning outcomes and increase student motivation. However, the successful implementation of digital technologies requires appropriate infrastructure, teacher training, and methodological support.
