В статье рассматривается классификация гранулированных кормов как основного элемента интенсификации аквакультуры. Проведен анализ физико-механических свойств гранул в зависимости от технологии производства (прессование и экструзия). Обоснована корреляция между биологическими особенностями гидробионтов и параметрами кормовых частиц, а также представлены принципы расчета суточных норм кормления в зависимости от абиотических факторов среды.
