Abstract

Mazkur maqolada PAEI yondashuvi asosida tashkilotlarda liderlikni rivojlantirish va jamoaviy uyg‘unlikni ta’minlash masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda P (natijadorlik), A (tizimlilik), E (innovatsiya) va I (integratsiya) komponentlarining o‘zaro uyg‘unligi samarali boshqaruvning muhim omili sifatida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, mazkur model asosida tashkilotlarda samaradorlikni oshirish, jamoa ichidagi hamkorlikni mustahkamlash hamda nizolarni boshqarish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
