Abstract

Ushbu maqola raqamli qurilmalar, jumladan smartfon, planshet va kompyuterlarning elektromagnit radiatsiyasi (EMR) inson salomatligiga uzoq muddatli ta’sirlarini ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qiladi. EMR bilan bog‘liq kasalliklar, jumladan uyqusizlik, bosh og‘rig‘i, neyrodegenerativ kasalliklar, onkologik xavf va kardiovaskulyar buzilishlar ko‘rib chiqilgan. Gigiyena, ergonomika, profilaktika va xavfsizlik tavsiyalari jahon tadqiqotlari va statistik ma’lumotlar asosida keltirilgan.
