Ushbu maqolada Elton Mayoning “Insonlarning o‘zaro munosabatlari” nazariyasi tahlil qilinadi. Nazariya XX asr boshlarida Western Electric kompaniyasida o‘tkazilgan Hawthorne tajribalari asosida shakllangan bo‘lib, ishchilar samaradorligiga ijtimoiy omillar, guruh dinamikasi, rahbarlik uslubi va hissiy ehtiyojlar qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishini ochib beradi. Maqolada nazariyaning asosiy tamoyillari, amaliy qo‘llanilishi va zamonaviy boshqaruv tizimlaridagi ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, insoniy munosabatlarga asoslangan yondashuvning motivatsiya, jamoaviy ish va rahbarlikda qanday o‘zgarishlarga olib kelgani tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari bu nazariyaning bugungi ish muhitida dolzarbligini tasdiqlaydi va inson resurslarini boshqarishda muhim nazariy asos bo‘lishini ko‘rsatadi.
