HYGIENIC JUSTIFICATION OF THE NUTRITION OF WORKERS IN THE BREAD PRODUCTION INDUSTRY

According to data from the International Labour Organization (ILO, 2019), more than 2 million workers die each year due to exposure to hazardous factors in production, and 160 million workers develop occupational diseases. It has been established that working conditions significantly affect employees' performance, health indicators, psychological state, daily routine, and lifestyle [2].

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization, out of the 56 million deaths that occurred in 2012, 38 million (68%) were caused by non-communicable diseases. In polymer manufacturing enterprises, special attention must be paid to workers' health. Regular monitoring of their nutrition is of great importance. Neglecting proper nutrition may lead to various types of poisoning, infectious diseases, and other health problems among workers [1].
