OZISH UCHUN DEFITSITLARNI TO‘LDIRISH ZARUR

Ushbu maqolada organizmda vitamin va mineral moddalarning yetishmovchiligi (defitsiti) ozish jarayoniga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishi yoritilgan. Maqolada sog‘lom ozish jarayonida defitsitlarni to‘ldirishning ahamiyati, metabolizmni faollashtirishdagi roli, gormonlar faoliyatiga ta’siri hamda amaliy kuzatuvlar asosida ishlab chiqilgan tavsiyalar bayon qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, tanadagi defitsitlar to‘ldirilmaguncha, ozish jarayoni sekin kechadi yoki to‘xtab qoladi. Maqolada defitsitlarni to‘ldirish orqali sog‘lom, barqaror va xavfsiz ozishga erishishning ilmiy asoslari keltirilgan.
