ONA SUTI MIKRORNK LARINING BOLA IMMUNITETIGA TA’SIRI

Ona suti chaqaloqning optimal o‘sishi va rivojlanishi uchun zarur bo‘lgan eng mukammal ozuqa hisoblanadi. Uning tarkibida nafaqat ozuqa moddalari, balki ko‘plab bioaktiv komponentlar, jumladan, antitelalar, oq qon hujayralari, sitokinlar va mikroRNKlar (miRNKlar) mavjud. MiRNKlar kichik, oqsilni kodlamaydigan RNK molekulalari bo‘lib, gen ekspressiyasini post-transkripsiya darajasida tartibga solish orqali organizmning fiziologik jarayonlariga, shu jumladan immun tizimning shakllanishi va yetilishiga katta ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu ilmiy ishda ona suti miRNKlarining chaqaloq immun tizimiga ta’siri, ularning ichak orqali so‘rilish mexanizmlari, immun tolerantlikni rivojlantirishdagi roli hamda infeksion va allergik kasalliklarga qarshi himoyadagi potentsial ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari ona suti miRNKlarining pediatriyadagi immunomodulyatsion strategiyalarni ishlab chiqishdagi kelajakdagi o‘rnini tushunishga yordam beradi.
