This graduation thesis analyzes the role of patronage services in the early detection of chronic diseases and the optimization of treatment processes. The work highlights the progression of chronic diseases, methods of early diagnosis, and the possibilities of disease control through home-based patronage care. The study scientifically substantiates the important role of patronage nurses in optimizing treatment, working individually with patients, and implementing preventive measures. The paper concludes with recommendations for improving the efficiency of patronage services.
