Abstract

In today’s rapidly evolving global landscape, the role of innovation in driving economic and social progress has become increasingly prominent. As a result, the demand for highly skilled professionals who can adapt to and lead innovative processes is greater than ever. This paper explores the strategic importance of preparing human resources for the innovation sector, analyzes current challenges, and proposes effective educational and institutional approaches for fostering a culture of innovation.
