ПРОФИЛАКТИКА ПОСЛЕОПЕРАЦИОННЫХ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ ПРИ ДЕНТАЛЬНОЙ ИМПЛАНТАЦИИ

В статье рассматриваются основные принципы и методы профилактики послеоперационных осложнений при дентальной имплантации. Проведён анализ современной литературы по вопросам периимплантита, нарушений остеоинтеграции, инфекционных осложнений и ранних имплантационных неудач. Описаны предоперационные, интраоперационные и послеоперационные меры профилактики, включая антибиотикопрофилактику, антисептическую обработку операционного поля, протоколы нагрузки имплантатов и диспансерное наблюдение. Показана роль системных заболеваний, состояния костной ткани и гигиены полости рта в развитии осложнений. Представлены современные рекомендации по ведению пациентов в послеоперационном периоде.
