KAFEDRA O'QITUVCHILAR MA'LUMOTLARI BILAN ISHLOVCHI MOBIL DASTURNI LOYIHALASH

Mazkur maqola kafedra o'qituvchilarining shaxsiy, kasbiy va ilmiy ma'lumotlarini markazlashtirilgan holda boshqarish imkonini beruvchi mobil dasturni loyihalash va ishlab chiqish jarayonini to'liq ilmiy jihatdan yoritadi. Hozirda O'zbekistondagi ko'plab oliy ta'lim muassasalarida o'qituvchilar ma'lumotlari qog'oz hujjatlar yoki tarqoq elektron fayllarda saqlanib, bu jarayon katta ma'muriy vaqt sarfiga olib kelmoqda. Tadqiqotda 145 nafar o'qituvchi ishtirokida o'tkazilgan so'rov natijasida ularning 78.6 foizi mavjud tizimdan qoniqmasligini bildirdi. Foydalanuvchiga yo'naltirilgan dizayn (User-Centered Design, UCD) metodologiyasi va Agile dasturlash yondashuvi asosida Flutter hamda Firebase texnologiyalari yordamida besh funksional modulli mobil dastur yaratildi: o'qituvchi profili, dars yuklamasi boshqaruvi, ilmiy faoliyat, hujjatlar va boshqaruv paneli. Dasturning foydalanish qulayligi System Usability Scale (SUS) bo'yicha 88.7 ball — "A'lo" toifasi — bilan baholandi. Amaliy sinovlar haftalik ma'muriy vaqt sarfini 41.3 foizga kamaytirdi. Maqola natijalari "Raqamli O'zbekiston-2030" strategiyasi doirasida oliy ta'lim muassasalarini raqamlashtirish sohasida amaliy ilmiy hissa bo'lib xizmat qiladi.
