Abstract

This article examines the issues of improving interagency coordination in emergency management in Uzbekistan, using the "112" unified dispatch system as a case study. The research provides a comparative analysis of US and European Union experiences and bases its findings on practical results from Tashkent city. As a result of the study, scientific and practical recommendations were developed to increase the speed of information exchange, optimize resources, and reduce the human factor.
