Abstract

Brutsellyoz — hayvonlardan odamlarga yuqadigan zoonoz kasallik bo‘lib, surunkali kechishi va turli a’zolarni zararlashi bilan xarakterlanadi. U “Malta isitmasi” nomi bilan ham ma’lum. Kasallikning klinik belgilari ko‘p hollarda noaniq bo‘lgani sababli tashxis qo‘yish qiyin kechadi. Ushbu maqolada brutsellyozning patogenezi, diagnostik usullari va davolash tamoyillari yoritiladi. Inson tasodifiy xo‘jayin hisoblanadi va kasallik butun dunyoda, shu jumladan O‘rta Osiyo va O‘zbekistonda tarqalgan. Brutsellyozning patogenezi bakteriyaning intratsellyulyar (hujayra ichidagi) parazitligiga asoslangan. Bakteriya teri shikastlari, shilliq pardalar, kon’yunktiva, nafas yoki ovqat hazm qilish tizimi orqali kiradi. Qon oqimiga tushgach, polimorfonuklear neytrofillar (PMN) va makrofaglar ichiga kirib, ularni o‘ldirmasdan omon qoladi.
