Ushbu tadqiqotda tabiiy dala sharoitida oziqlanadigan va boquvdagi ozuqa qiymati yuqori bo‘lgan ozuqa bilan yetishtirilayotgan yirik shoxli qoramollarning ovqat hazm qilish tizimi (og‘iz bo‘shlig‘i-so‘lagi, katta qorni va qat qorni) mikrobiomi tadqiq qilingan. Toza holatdagi mikroorganizm izolyatlari ajratib olingan, MALDI-TOF MS usullari yordamida identifikasiya qilingan va farqlanishi baholangan.
