Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqola zamonaviy raqamli davrning eng dolzarb muammolaridan biri – talabalar orasidagi ijtimoiy tarmoqlar qaramligi (SNA)ning kompleks tabiatini o'rganadi. Maqolada muammo nafaqat vaqtni noto'g'ri taqsimlash, balki inson miyasining neyrofiziologik jarayonlariga ta'siri nuqtai nazaridan tahli qilinadi. Xususan, xalqaro tadqiqotlar ijtimoiy tarmoqlardagi rag‘batlantiruvchi signallar miyaning dopamin tizimini faollashtirib, kompulsiv xulq-atvor shakllanishiga olib kelishini tasdiqlaydi (Volkow et al., 2017). O'zbekiston talabalari orasida o'tkazilgan so'nggi tadqiqotlar va statistik ma'lumotlar asosida qaramlikning akademik natijalar, diqqat muddati, xotira va motivatsiyaga bevosita salbiy ta'siri chuqur yoritilgan. Maqolaning asosiy qismi sifatida, nafaqat individual, balki institutsional darajada amalga oshirishi mumkin bo'lgan, neyroilmiy asosga ega bo'lgan kompleks yechimlar va profilaktik chora-tadbirlar tizimi taklif etiladi.
