Mazkur maqolada ko‘p kvartirali turar joy binolarida yuzaga keladigan yong‘in xavfi, ularning kelib chiqish sabablari hamda yong‘inlarning oldini olish usullarini takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy texnologiyalar, avtomatik yong‘in signalizatsiyasi, evakuatsiya tizimlari, qurilish me’yorlari va aholi o‘rtasida yong‘in xavfsizligi madaniyatini oshirish yo‘llari ilmiy asosda yoritilgan.
