GAZ XROMATOGRAFIYASI USULI ORQALI PESTITSIDLAR MIQDORINI ANIQLASH

Mazkur tadqiqotda oziq-ovqat xomashyosi (bug‘doy doni) tarkibidagi pestitsid qoldiqlari gaz xromatografiyasi usuli yordamida aniqlanib, usulning selektivligi, aniqligi va qayta tiklanish darajasi baholandi. Namunalardan pestitsidlarni ekstraksiya qilish uchun organik erituvchi asosidagi dispers ekstraksiya usuli qo‘llanildi. GC-ECD detektori yordamida xlororganik pestitsidlar (α-HCH, β-HCH, DDT va metabolitlari) aniqlanib, ularning miqdori kalibrovka egri chiziqlari asosida hisoblandi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, aniqlangan pestitsid miqdori amaldagi gigiyenik me’yorlardan oshmagan va usulning qayta tiklanish darajasi 86–104 % oralig‘ida bo‘ldi. Olingan natijalar gaz xromatografiyasi pestitsid qoldiqlarini aniqlashda ishonchli va sezgir usul ekanini tasdiqlaydi.
