Abstract

Ushbu tezisda shaxsning karyera boshqaruvi va kadrning  professinal rivojlanishini oldindan rejalashtirish strategiyalari haqida fikrlar tahlil qilinadi.Karyera boshqaruvi va professional rivojlanish rejalashtirish - bu har bir zamonaviy mutaxassisning muvaffaqiyatli faoliyati uchun muhim jarayon hisoblanadi. Ushbu mavzu doirasida shaxsning o'z qobiliyatlari, qiziqishlari va maqsadlarini chuqur tahlil qilish asosida uzog muddatli professional yo'nalishni shakllantirish, shuningdek, bozor talablariga mos ravishda doimiy o'z-o'zini takomillashtirish strategiyalarini ishlab chiqish muhokama qilinadi.
