Abstract

Hyperbole is a figure of speech that involves exaggerated claims not meant to be taken literally. It is frequently employed in everyday communication to emphasize feelings, create humor, and foster connections among speakers. This article examines the role and significance of hyperbole in conversation, particularly focusing on its use in the Uzbek language, providing examples and translations to show its impact.
