This paper examines the pedagogical, technological, and affective dimensions of foreign language teaching with a focus on developing reading comprehension and communicative competence. It highlights the importance of teacher agency in creating dynamic and interactive learning environments, as well as the role of learner motivation and emotional engagement in blended and peer-based contexts. The study concludes that effective language instruction requires a balanced integration of teacher guidance and learner-centered approaches to foster autonomy, creativity, and lifelong learning.
