В данной статье представлен клинический случай девочки 1,5 лет с изолированным преждевременным телархе. Был проведен тщательный динамический анализ ультрозвуковых, клинико-лабораторных исследований пациентки, проведена дифференциальная диагностика с центральной формой преждевременного полового развития и предложена тактика дальнейшего ведения пациентки.
