Abstract

Maqolada kartoshka seleksiyasida genomik seleksiya (GS) usulining ilmiy-metodik asoslari, jahon tajribasi va Namangan ilmiy-tajriba stansiyasida qo‘llash imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan. GS genom bo‘ylab zich SNP markerlari asosida klonlarning genomik seleksiya qiymatini (GEBV) fenotipik sinovlardan oldin bashorat qiladi. Tetraploid kartoshkada bashorat aniqligi belgiga qarab 0,06–0,88 ni tashkil etgan, eng yuqori aniqlik kraxmal va quruq modda miqdori bo‘yicha olingan. Allel dozasi, dominantlik va genotip × muhit o‘zaro ta’sirini hisobga olish aniqlikni oshiradi. Stansiyada GS ni bosqichma-bosqich joriy etish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berilgan.
