Abstract

Maqolada Farg‘ona vodiysi bolalarida emal gipoplaziyasi va dental flyuorozning tarqalish xususiyatlari, yosh guruhlari, hududiy sharoitlar, ichimlik suvi tarkibi, somatik anamnez, ovqatlanish va profilaktik stomatologik nazorat bilan bog‘liqligi tahlil qilindi. Emal gipoplaziyasi emalning miqdoriy rivojlanish nuqsoni sifatida tish yuzasida chuqurcha, chiziqsimon nuqson, sirt notekisligi yoki emal qalinligining kamayishi bilan namoyon bo‘ladi. Dental flyuoroz esa tishlar shakllanishi davrida ftorning ortiqcha ta’siri bilan bog‘liq bo‘lib, tish chiqqandan keyin oqish, bo‘rsimon, sarg‘ish yoki jigarrang dog‘lar ko‘rinishida aniqlanadi. Ishda ushbu holatlarning klinik farqlari, xavf omillari, diagnostik baholash mezonlari va profilaktika yo‘nalishlari tibbiy-amaliy nuqtayi nazardan yoritildi.
