BEYOND THE BOOKS: 5 COMPELLING REASONS TO DISCOVER THE REGIONAL INFORMATION LIBRARY CENTER NAMED AFTER ADIB SOBIR TERMIZI

This article analyzes the planned full digitization of collections at the Adib Sobir Termizi Surkhandarya Regional Information Library Center during the era of modern digital transformation, noting that these opportunities are already partially accessible. It highlights five compelling reasons why this institution serves as a dynamic hub for community engagement, digital literacy, and historical preservation in the region, advantages and promotes other culminating dynamic aspects of the center: a treasury of rich and rare resources, modern digital opportunities, an intellectual environment with comfortable co-working spaces, a hub for cultural and educational events, free services with open access for everyone, as well as the preservation of historical heritage and the spirit of great scholars.
