Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy ta’limning asosi hisoblangan 4K modeli (tanqidiy fikrlash, ijodkorlik, muloqot va hamkorlik)ni boshlang‘ich sinf o‘quvchilarida shakllantirishning nazariy va amaliy masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada har bir kompetensiyaning ilmiy-metodik asoslari, xalqaro ta’lim tizimidagi (Finlyandiya, Singapur, Yaponiya) tajribalar, shuningdek, dars jarayonida qo‘llaniladigan innovatsion metodikalar va amaliy keyslar keng yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda o‘qituvchining fasilitatorlik roli va o‘quvchi shaxsini rivojlantirishdagi zamonaviy yondashuvlar tahliliy bayon etilgan.
