Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilar metodik kompetentligini rivojlantirishda kompetensiyaviy yondashuvning nazariy asoslari va amaliy mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Metodik kompetentlikning tarkibiy komponentlari, ularni shakllantirish shart-sharoitlari hamda kompetensiyaviy model asosida rivojlantirish yo‘llari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot jarayonida nazariy tahlil, kuzatuv va tajriba-sinov metodlaridan foydalanildi.
