REGBIDA EGILUVCHANLIK SIFATLARINI RIVOJLANTIRISHNING ILMIY METODIK ASOSLARI

Ushbu tadqiqot yosh regbichilarda egiluvchanlik sifatlarini rivojlantirishning ilmiy-metodik asoslarini o‘rganadi va uning kuch hamda tezkorlik ko‘rsatkichlariga ta’sirini baholaydi. 20 nafar 14–18 yoshdagi sportchi bilan 12 haftalik mashg‘ulotlar olib borildi. Dinamik va statik cho‘zish mashqlari tizimli qo‘llanildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, egiluvchanlik mashqlari bo‘g‘im harakat amplitudasini kengaytiradi, mushak elastikligini oshiradi, kuch va tezkorlikni yaxshilaydi hamda jarohatlanish xavfini kamaytiradi. Tizimli egiluvchanlik mashqlari regbichilarda jismoniy tayyorgarlikni yaxshilash va texnik ko‘rsatkichlarni optimallashtirishda muhim metodik vosita ekanligi tasdiqlandi.
