Mazkur maqolada yosh erkin kurashchi qizlarning jismoniy sifatlarini rivojlantirish masalasi ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda yillik mashg‘ulot sikli asosida mashg‘ulot yuklamalarining kuch, tezkorlik va chidamlilik sifatlariga ta’siri o‘rganildi.. Tadqiqot natijalari yosh erkin kurashchi qizlarning jismoniy tayyorgarligini oshirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish imkonini berdi.
