Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mutagenlik testlarining mohiyati, ularning biologik va ekologik ahamiyati, hamda genetik xavfsizlikni ta’minlashdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Mutagenlik testlari tirik organizmlarda genetik material — DNK va xromosomalarning tuzilishida yoki funksiyasida yuz beradigan o‘zgarishlarni aniqlashga xizmat qiladi. Ishda Ames testi, mikronukleus testi, xromosomal aberratsiyalar testi kabi asosiy metodlarning prinsiplari va ularning qo‘llanish sohalari haqida ma’lumot berilgan.
