BO‘LAJAK O‘QITUVCHILARNING METODIK SAVODXONLIGINI RIVOJLANTIRISHDA XORIJ TAJRIBALARIDAN FOYDALANISH YO‘LLARI

Ushbu maqolada bo’lajak o’qituvchilarning metodik savodxonligini rivojlantirish masalalari yoritilgan. Xorij mamlakatlarining (Finlyandiya, AQSh, Janubiy Koreya va Yaponiya) ilg’or tajribalari tahlil qilinib, ularni O’zbekiston oliy ta’lim tizimiga moslashtirish yo’llari taklif etilgan. Tadqiqotda taqqoslama tahlil, so’rovnoma, tajriba-sinov ishlari va kontent tahlil metodlaridan foydalanilgan. Natijalar bo’lajak o’qituvchilarda mustaqil fikrlash, innovatsion yondashuv va metodik refleksiya ko’nikmalarini shakllantirish uchun xorijiy tajribalarning samarali ekanligini ko’rsatdi. Maqola yakunida ta’lim sifatini oshirish uchun xorijiy tajribalarga asoslangan metodik modellarni joriy etish takliflari keltirilgan.
